Our home is located in Loans, a picturesque village situated at the north end of Troon. We are fortunate to enjoy stunning rural views and have immediate access to the excellent amenities of the old town of Troon, (the gateway to Ayrshire). We are only 5 minutes from Glasgow Prestwick Airport.

The house lies within minutes of many of Scotland's best golf courses, from the renowned Open venues of Royal Troon and Turnberry, to some of the widely acknowledged best public courses in the British Isles, all within easy reach. We are truly at the heart of a golfing paradise.

We have created room-only accommodation based on simple, elegant, contemporary design, which combines modernity with a feeling of space and genuine comfort. Set within a charming, spacious late Victorian Villa all our rooms have been individually designed with maximum comfort in mind.

Leave the A77 at the Dutch House roundabout just north of Prestwick Airport and follow the A78. About 1 mile later take the slip road onto the B746 signposted Loans. At the bottom of the hill we are situated on the left hand side of the mini roundabout. Go across the roundabout and turn left into our courtyard where you can park.

Travelling By Train?

Our train station is Troon. Trains run every half hour from either Glasgow or Ayr & Prestwick Airport, except Sundays when the service is hourly. The journey time from Glasgow is about 40 minutes and journey time from Prestwick Airport about 5 minutes. For timetables see Scotrail.

The water from the cold water tap in the en-suite is straight from the mains therefore it is suitable for drinking.
